Thanks to Stacy Newgent posting a video I did on her blog, I got to meet Vanessa and Brian. Vanessa got a hold of me one day and booked with me the next. I knew her wedding would be a blast with Stacy as the photographer. I love her style and it’s always fun working with her.
Some weddings are easier to edit then others, and this was one of the easiest. They wrote their own vows, Brian read an emotional card from Vanessa and their toasts and interviews were full of emotion. I was literally crying while editing the toasts. Wow. It was a blast traveling to Miami University in Oxford, Ohio to be there for Brian’s and Vanessa’s day. Best of luck in the future, I’m glad you found each other.

I'm not quite sure if words can express just how perfect this short film is, and how wonderful you were to work with, Matt! You had hours and hours of footage, and we gave you a long list of songs to choose from- and you managed to summarize the day and the sentiment so so well in less than 17 minutes. This is something we will cherish for the rest of our lives, and we thank you for that!
