This was one wedding I was looking forward to since it was booked. Why? I’ve always wanted to film at a barn reception and their photographer was Stacy Newgent, so right then, I knew I’d love their style. Plus it was near Cincinnati, that’s fun! By the way check out the amazing photos from Stacy.
Every once in a while, you have a wedding where everything seems to click. And this was one of them. The Father speaking in the ceremony, the toasts, welcome speech by Ashley’s dad, Ashley reading her letter from TJ, just to name a few. Not to mention all the little details, that told their story. TJ, who was in a band, requested the music, which was a little different from my style, but I think it worked really well. Actually a couple of the songs have really grown on me and are stuck in my head.
Out of town weddings are so much fun, especially when the couple is so excited to have you there! And Ashely and TJ were just that. It was a pleasure being apart of their wedding. And it was the first wedding I actually went home early. I hope this will be a keepsake you can enjoy for the rest of your lives.
