Robyn + Rob – Indiana Statehouse

I believe Robyn and Rob are the last couple on a string of friends I’ve filmed their weddings. And most of them I’ve worked with Jordan and Micala from 604 Studios as the photographers. It’s really been fun. It’s hard not to have fun on a wedding day, but working with Robyn and Rob made it especially exciting. They have a story of ups and down, but now everything is coming together the way God intended. 3 beautiful children give this family never a dull moment. I look forward to seeing them grow together and raising beautiful, strong children. Robyn and Rob, thanks for having me along for the ride!

Jessie + Drew – Mavris Indianapolis

It was great spending the day with Jessie and Drew. This couple was meant for each other. It was clear to see how well they connected. The ceremony and reception were both at the lovely Mavris in downtown Indianapolis. This venue is one of my favorites. It was special and personalized to see the father of the bride as the officiant during the ceremony. These two had a smile on their faces the entire day. Many thanks for having me and I hope you’ll cherish this forever!

Mara + Blake – Laurel Hall

Mara and Blake are the type of people that make you feel like you’ve known them all your life. They are such a sweet and fun couple. I really enjoyed myself at this wedding at Laurel Hall. I’ve been here a few times, but it’s been a few years. The weather was key and it didn’t disappoint. The day was full of laughter and emotion and I hope I was able to capture a fraction of amazing love the family has for each other.

Mara and Blake, may your love for God continue to grow and your marriage be an example for the world to see! I’m thankful you found me and trusted me for your day.

Sophie + Peter – Jasper, Indiana wedding

I got a phone call from Whitney seeing if I was available to film her daughters wedding. It was special, because I had the chance to film her oldest daughter’s wedding a few years back. It was fun to head back down to southern Indiana and see her family again and even a bonus to work with photographer Meghan Premuda again.

It was a beautiful day to have an outdoor reception in Sophie’s back yard. Each wedding before the couple see each other I have a chance to sit down and ask a couple questions. It was rewarding to see the joy in both Sophie and Peter and how truly happy and honored they are to marry each other. God has big plans in store for this couple.

MaKaylee + Ross – Linton, Indiana

On April 14, 2018 I spent time with MaKaylee and Ross on their big wedding day. MaKaylee found me though her friends Jazmine and Blane. The day turned out perfect. The ceremony was at the Saron United Church of Christ in Linton, Indiana, with the reception nearby at Greene County Foundation. It was also fun working with Jesse and Gena photography for the first time.

A big thanks to MaKaylee and Ross for having me, I hope the memories on your wedding day will last a lifetime and more!

Allison + Colten – Scottish Rite Cathedral

Just watch them dance as they are being introduced into the reception. How could you not think this is the cutest couple ever?

It was a night to remember. A night for family and friends. And I love what the best man said about their grandma’s response to the young boys fighting. “You’ve got to quit fighting with your brother, because someday when you’re old like me and all your friends are gone the only thing you’re going to have is him.” It’s so true. It got me thinking about my brother. And if I get emotional while editing I know it’s going in the right direction.

Allison and Colten have been through a lot and I pray it makes them stronger. I remember asking a groom once, what are you looking forward to after marriage? His response was shocking. “I’m actually looking forward to the tough times because those moments will make us stronger.”

I wish nothing but the best for these two. And I hope, many years down the road you’ll sit around fifteen grandchildren, wheel out the old tv and show them were your story began. God Bless.
